The 8-Week Comeback Mum Challenge is designed specifically for mums looking to rebuild their strength, confidence, and energy after pregnancy. Whether you're a new mum or a few years postpartum, this program focuses on safe, effective workouts and holistic well-being to help you feel your best, inside and out.
Program Overview:
Duration: 8 Weeks
When: May 5th
Commitment: 2 in person small group sessions per Week (40 minutes each) EVERY MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY @ 10AM - 10:40AM and 1-2 optional at home workouts
Focus Areas: Strength Training, Core Rehabilitation, Flexibility, and Mindset along with Nutrition support and guidance
Suitable For: Postpartum mums at any fitness level (after medical clearance)
