TRAINING
Train 2x in person with Kirsty and 1-2 extra written workouts to do at home or at the gym.
Sessions run for 60 mins.
Personalised tailored training program to suit your goals, fitness level and schedule for an 8 week duration.
You will have 2 x 4 week training blocks written out via google sheets.
NUTRITION
Customised nutrition plan with advice to fuel your workouts as well as optimise your recovery. Adjustments made prior to each new training program.
SUPPORT
On going support such as check ins prior to each new training program, ensuring you are on the right path to achieving your own health and fitness goal, making adjustments when needed and motivational messages directly from me to uplift your spirits and mental game!
