15-Minute French Toast With Berry Compote
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL MY AMAZING MUMMA CLIENTS!
Heres a delish mothers day breakkkieee that I love making with Eli!
Hope you all enjoy your rest day and get spoilt this mothers day!
INGREDIENTS: 1 pinch cinnamon 4 tsp honey 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 serve whole grain thins 1/4 cup yoghurt of choice - I use coconut yoghurt 1 egg whisked
Coconut oil to cook with
METHOD:
1. Heat coconut oil in fry pan
2. Place bread in egg and let it all soak up.
3. Cook bread on fry pan until turns slightly golden
4. Dust a little cinnamon
5. Keep pan on and add the honey and frozen berries, mix up and then place warm mixture on top of eggy bread.
6. Serve with yoghurt and your favourite tea.
