I added:

Puffed rice

Puffed buckwheat

Chia seeds

Sunflower seeds

Pumpkin seeds

Organic cocoa

Sprinkle cinnamon

1/2 cup crushed almonds or walnuts

Already bought (from local health store) cocoa nibs

Combined together, then. . .

In a small bowl added coconut oil & honey together and placed in microwave for 30 seconds until bubbled, added this to the mixture and mix together, sprinkle some cinnamon and add 1/2 cup crushed walnuts or almonds and mix through again.

Then. . .

At 180 degrees spread out evenly on a baking tray cooked for 10-15 minutes.

Let it set and cool and oh wow!! Almost ate the whole lot before placing it in the jar OOOPPPPS!

This is great for breakfast or a healthy snack with coconut yoghurt or plain greek yoghurt!
