Easy Honey-mustard Chicken with Rice & Beans

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups white basmati rice 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil 500g Woolworths Australian RSPCA Approved chicken breast fillets, sliced 485g Chicken Tonight honey & mustard simmer sauce 400g Woolworths beanettes, trimmed, halved 1/3 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, chopped


Method

Step 1 of 4 Rinse rice with cold water, then place in a saucepan. Add 3 cups water and bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 20-25 minutes or until water has absorbed and rice is cooked. Remove from heat and stand for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 4 Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken and cook for 8 minutes or until browned. Add simmer sauce and simmer for 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Step 3 of 4 Meanwhile, bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. Add beanettes and cook for 3 minutes or until bright green and tender. Drain.
