Merry Christmas to all my amazing clients! 🎄


As the festive season kicks in, I want to thank each of you for your hard work and dedication this year. You've pushed yourselves, stayed committed, and made incredible progress, now it's time to celebrate and enjoy the holiday season with friends and family!


Here are a few tips to help you stay on track while enjoying all the festivities:

  1. Stay Active: Aim for a daily walk, some light movement, or even a quick workout at home to keep your energy up and metabolism humming. You can do this through the momentum program I have pre sent to your all! bonus!

  2. Balance & Portion Control: Savour your favourite holiday treats, but remember, it's about balance! Enjoy in moderation, and focus on eating mindfully.

  3. Hydrate!: Staying hydrated will keep you energised, especially if you're enjoying festive drinks. Aim for a glass of water between each beverage.

  4. Set Small Goals: Keep it simple; maybe aim to get 10,000 steps a day or take a few minutes each day for some deep breathing and stretching.

  5. Enjoy & Recharge: Embrace this time to relax and recharge. A rested, refreshed mindset will set you up for success as we head into the new year and ace our up coming 8 week challenge!
