SPAG BOL WITH ZOODLES
INGREDIENTS
500g Protein. I usually use beef mince or chicken.
3-4 Types of Veggies. I use garlic, onion, carrot, zucchini (use for noodles)
2 Tbsp Olive oil
30g Mingle's SPAG BOL sachet (Now available at COLES)
400ml Diced tomatoes
500ml Passata
METHOD
STEP 1: Ingredients by dicing and grating the veggies. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
STEP 2: Add garlic and onion, cooking for 3 mins. Mix in protein, cooking until brown. Add remaining veggies and coat all ingredients in sachet contents.
STEP 3: Stir in passata and diced tomatoes, cover and lower the heat to simmer for 20 mins. Serve with zucchini noodles.
