Yogurt Bowls (4 Ways)

Ingredients  

Berries, granola and honey

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat, 2% or 0%

  • ¼ cup raspberries, strawberries and blueberries

  • ¼ cup granola - use low sugar option or make your own

  • Drizzle of honey

Tropical

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat, 2% or 0%

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • ¼ cup chopped mango

  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened toasted coconut shreds

Chunky Monkey

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat, 2% or 0%

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter or almond butter

  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips or cocoa nibs

Peanut Butter & Jelly

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat, 2% or 0%

  • 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 Tablespoons strawberry chia jam, or your favourite store-bought jam


Instructions 

  • Add yogurt to a bowl and top with toppings. Use a spoon to swirl the toppings in and enjoy!
